Job Description
Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet company’s target
Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues
Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area
Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis
Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers
Incoming receiving
Job receiving, job variance checking, material issuing
Daily cycle count and Annual stock count
Sub-con arrangement
Other ad hoc administrative duties
Perform any other duty as assigned by Logistics Manager
Requirements
NITEC / O Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics – Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision
Requires both verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning and analytical decision-making skills
Ability to assume greater roles of responsibility
Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess “Can-Do” attitude
Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
Works independently and leads teams to deliver daily KPI
Strong Microsoft Office / Excel skill will be an advantage
Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP/ERP is an added advantage
