Job Description
- Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet company’s target.
- Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues
- Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area
- Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis
- Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
- Perform any other duty as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- NITEC/ A Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics – Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
- Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision
- Requires both verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and analytical decision-making skills
- Ability to assume greater roles of responsibility
- Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess “Can-Do” attitude
- Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
- Works independently and leads teams to deliver daily KPI
- Strong Microsoft Office skill will be an advantage
- Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP is an added advantage
