Role Purpose

• The Data Management Engineer is responsible for managing the handover of project information and documentation to clients, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
• This role involves coordinating with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adherence to information management requirements.
• The engineer will work closely with the Digital/IT team to set up project databases and tools, contributing to the development of enterprise-level data management systems. Additionally, the role includes monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and supporting stakeholders in resolving them.

Key Accountabilities

• General Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures. Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary.
• Coordination with stakeholders Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied
• Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule - MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial.
• we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information.
• Data Management Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC.
• Great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view)
• Quality Assurance / Reporting Identify issues related to data quality, and coordinate with/support stakeholders populating the data to eliminate the issues Monitor data quality KPIs to reflect the Project Information and Data Management status.

Job Summary:

• Lead EPCI CAPEX cost estimate, associated commercial deliverables and establish basis of estimate
• Explain EPCI CAPEX to Project Manager for his authorization
• Reference cost data analysis and benchmarking data development/ update.

Key Accountabilities

• To have good understanding on the industrial standard cost engineering terminology in order to establish Estimate Methodology Procedure for the proposal
• Lead coordination and interface with technical/ commercial professionals,vendors, subcontractors and client to EPCI CAPEX costing within the time frame
• Develop CAPEX cost estimate and evaluate its estimate reasonably and logically
• Work out commercial deliverables related to CAPEX (e.g. Compensation Form, Basis/ Assumption of CAPEX Estimate,Commercial Qualifications, etc.) to read thru the ITT documents as part of Commercial Bid Proposal
• Develop cashflow projection (cash-in/cash-out) based on Project Schedule, Milestone Payment from client and payment terms by vendors/ subcontractors
• Collect, assort various cost data along with technical information for benchmarking and analyze tendency, correlation, or algorithm in order to develop applicable estimate methodologies
• Define and identify risks in terms of opportunities and threats.
• To have knowledge of risk management process.
• To have good understanding on the concept of risk contingency and allowance.

Overall Job Purpose

The engineer is to act as Electrical Commissioning Lead (entire Electrical Systems Lead), manage all Electrical system commissioning from preparation phase to execution phase.

During commissioning preparation phase, responsible to attend Supplier Kick Off meetings to roll out package related commissioning requirements, review of Supplier documents, review ITR assignment and provide inputs for commissioning schedule.

Prepare and review system boundary, commissioning procedures and commissioning deliverables.

Support Commissioning Manager and Commissioning Project Engineer in the preparation of required tools, utilities, first fills and others for the commissioning activities of Electrical systems.

Electrical Commissioning Lead is responsible for successful and safe commissioning of their area / system following the commissioning strategy set by Commissioning Manager.

At times may act as a responsible commissioning engineer (owner) for few major systems in the area

Work closely with MC Coordinator, Commissioning Coordinator for timely completion of the ITRs, mechanical completion and commissioning completion.

Supervise day-to-day electrical commissioning activities are complied with Company’s Standards and Procedures.

Identify and integrate Safety, Quality requirements in the electrical commissioning activities to ensure safe operability and maintainability.

Understands the Completions philosophy and Scope of Work by studying the applicable industry standards, Company standards, specifications and procedures.

Manages electrical commissioning PTW, electrical commissioning engineers, assigned technicians, operations support, supplier support and CLASS witness to execute the approved commissioning procedure including performance standards verification successfully, sign off the test reports and support for the system dossiers completion until handover.

Studies the complex Company’s standards, business, operations and practices as well as engineering work matters/systems/procedures/standards within the tight project schedule in order to develop commissioning deliverables.

Applies effective communication in discussions with various disciplines and departments in order to clarify complex information which is required as input for commissioning deliverables.

Is expected to work independently and lead electrical commissioning team in order to complete the work schedule and fulfill the project timelines.

Requirements

·Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical)

7 years and above of relevant working experience in FPSO commissioning.
