Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring prompt responses and smooth service processes.
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle details on job cards.
Provide service quotes and estimated time for completion.
Inspect vehicles after repairs and ensure issues are resolved before handover.
Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Monitor service progress and keep customers informed.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve post-repair issues.
Handle administrative tasks such as cost estimates, billing, and job card closures.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
Basic marketing skills such as uploading of posts and photo editing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
Strong ability to detect basic vehicle faults and issues.
Class 3 Driving License.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic photoshop and video editing skills
