1. Responsible for project progress and workflow, understanding the sequence of cooperation between various stages of work, and making timely plans for real-time follow-up.
2. Able to coordinate issues encountered among owners, management companies, internal company, and various professional works, serving as a communication bridge.
3. Able to help team members quickly solve problems encountered in work related to solutions or professional technology, and project management docking issues.
4. Assist the leadership in managing the department and cooperate with the completion of other tasks arranged by the company.
5. Familiar with the standards of various hotel brands.
Job Requirements
1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in architecture or interior design, candidates with overseas study or work experience will be given priority;
2. More than 8 years of experience in hotel interior design and more than 3 years of project management experience, with experience in leading large-scale projects to completion;
3. Possess an international design concept, have a strong sense of design touch and creative design or scheme creation ability, as well as the ability to deepen design;
4. Strong ability to grasp design effects, have a strong design concept and unique artistic insights, able to carry out targeted spatial design according to different customer needs;
5. Have excellent project reporting experience.
