The Job

Responsibilities

Fundraising

• Support Fundraising Manager in all fundraising activities and community outreach projects.
• Assist in identifying, developing and implementing innovative fundraising and community outreach activities, including leveraging on technology where possible, to improve fundraising activities.
• Provide support for collaborative fundraising with external stakeholders and potential donors.
• Coordinate approved corporate CSR and community projects.
• Support in all administration and operations of fundraising and related campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.
• Identify community partners (business and community organisations) to fund projects costs.
• Provide detailed reports to the Donors concerning the utilization of donations.
• Prepare funding proposals to deliver presentations, donation appeals and appreciation letters.
• Maintain and update records and liaise with different business units.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning prospects and donors.

Corporate Communications

• Assist in managing social media content for the organization websites and Facebook for relevance, quality, timelines and continuous improvement.
• Support media relations and press release activities conjunction with fundraising related campaigns.
• Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing contents for fundraising publicity and campaigns.
• Support the leadership team with crafting speeches, preparing presentations, drafting articles, arranging interviews, and maintaining other forms of external contact.
• Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders.
• Support the organization in any special projects as assigned.

Requirement

• At least Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Social Service
• Min 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing/Fundraising
• Goal-oriented with the ability in achieving and exceeding set targets/goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills in building and managing key relationships and the ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills to write proposal and craft campaign.

The Job

This role is responsible for arranges recruitment activities for volunteers, and matches them to the appropriate programmes and clients. This role requires to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Someone who is adaptable to fast paced environment, ability to multitasking and work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Volunteer Engagement

• Volunteer recruitment, coordination and outreach (includes interviewing and screening).
• Carry out volunteer policies and processes.
• Conduct volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
• Conduct volunteer training programmes.
• Develop requirements for volunteer profiles.
• Ensure volunteer policies and processes are followed in programmes.
• Maintain volunteer database and training records.
• Matching the skills, experiences and expectations of volunteers to appropriate programmes and clients.
• Creating volunteer programme materials; eg. Applications, volunteer agreements.
• Work hand in hand with the Eldercare AMS Teams and MET to roster and organise volunteers for Eldercare/Outreach/Escorting activities.
• Ensure volunteers are informed of volunteering opportunities in a timely manner.
• Administrative work within the Eldercare department.

Event Support

• Providing support for the Organization’s major events and functions; eg. Anniversary dinner, Flag day, and Befriending programme) organised by the Charity.
• Support the team and Executive Director where necessary.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker recipients.
• Min 2 years’ experience in volunteer management.

The Job

This role is responsible for planning, escort and provide support to clients while they are being transported from one location to another. This role is requires to be organised and alert, in order to study the effectiveness of plans and solutions. Someone who is expected to oversee a transport team, and work with staff and partners to carry out work process.

Responsibilities

• Managing client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into Medical Escort & Transport services.
• Assist to load and unload clients / members onto the transporter using the wheelchair.
• Assist in performing the National Means Testing (NMTS).
• Participate in quality improvement audits and activities (If required).
• Conduct daily documentation of clients’ vitals, attendances, participation in activities and other significant events or care treatments.
• Daily Escort duties with clients / members for their clinical appointments.
• Escort and provide support to clients during their transport from their home to the centre and vice versa.
• Handling Medical Escort Transportation (MET) hotline and following up calls with clients / members.
• Compiling and providing timely submission of reports to the management and relevant external agencies for continuity of care.

Other Ad-hoc Duties

• Befriending with elderly of the proposed residents and assisting to their needs
• Plan and conduct social, recreational, and educational activities to elderly members
• Prepare monthly Medical Escort Transportation (MET) reports.
• Prepare, revise, and improve Standard operating policies and practices for the efficient and effective operations of the Medical Escort Transportation.
• Ensure safety compliance with all regulatory and standards requirements
• General Admin duties assigned, ad-hoc assignment
• Any other tasks related to the Charity’s activities as assigned by direct superior.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Related qualification in working with the elderly / in the social sector / training in gerontology.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work during weekend and Public Holiday.

The Job

This role is responsible to overseeing and managing all aspect of Volunteer Management Team and Eldercare Programme Team which includes the Afterlife Memorial Service and Case Management.

Responsibilities

Volunteer Management

• Evaluate, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes across the organisation.
• Direct the Volunteer Engagement Team to create a positive, engaging, and fulfilling volunteer experience.

• Recruit, train, and supervise AMS team to ensure the provision of quality care services.
• Organise and facilitate in elderly befriending events to re-integrate beneficiaries back to the community.
• Explore avenues for the expansion of the AMS with external parties.
• Monitor and evaluate the program’s performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards of care.
• Gather and prepare supporting documents for government agencies submissions.
• Work with CRM vendors to ensure accurate integration of data.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document programme activities and outcomes.
• Conduct educational sessions and workshops for the team to raise awareness about eldercare issues and promote best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eldercare, and implement improvements to enhance the programme’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements
