Develop and guide the strategic planning of direction of all direct services teams and the execution of all services/programmes by working closely with the direct services teams, Programme Committee, CEO and Board
Public relations and liaison person to external parties, relevant partners and hospitals
Plan and develop outreach to hospitals
Provide training to external parties
Develop job competencies and training guide for direct services teams
Any other responsibilities assigned by CEO
Requirements:
Degree / Master / Doctorate in Social Work only
Registered Social Worker Accreditation
Minimum 15 years of direct practice experience
At least 10 years of supervisory experience
Experience in working with children and youths
Possess good team management and interpersonal skills
