Job Description:

• Responsible for tasked BIM Modelling works and shop drawings required by the projects and relevant submissions.
• Prepare drawings & BIM Modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
• Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Building Architecture: Develop detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM software (such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD Architecture).
• Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Review of Risk Assessments.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience (tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.) in the design (min. 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures
• Completed Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course.
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Working location: Tampines.
• 6 days work week.
