Job Responsibilities
To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Description:
Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
Assist project teams on the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practises.
Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
