• To handle Tunnel Testing and Inspection activities.
• Tracking the movement of Tunnel Segmenrs by using the VMT Tracking System.
• Monitor the ring building activities prior to LTA submission and updating the ring building activities.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Must be familiar with safety procedure within the site.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA and mrt tunnelling experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day PPVC Fit-Out Factory activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
• Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
• Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily PPVC Fit-Out Factory records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirement

• Possess relevant core trade certification, BCSS, CSOC, etc highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E Supervisory experience.
• Having PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) experience is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
