Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time
Maintaining and updating the database
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents / reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
Review each document for conformity and accuracy
Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy
accessibility to specific records and projects
Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
Generate various document control reports as required Requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O level
Minimum 3 years experience of Document Control in Construction industry
Proficient in MS Office - Good Knowledge of Aconex & Newforma is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent
