Job Description:
· Understanding the requirement of tender documents
· Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works
· Understanding and achieving within timelines and timely management of tender activities
· General duties include measurement of quantity, collection quotation, cost comparison, and participating in preparing tender price
· Review of quotations with the specifications
· Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications
· Proofreading of tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works
· Negotiate the price with the Subcontractors and Suppliers
· Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
- Min 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
