Job Duties:
As an Operation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client service and providing administrative support to the Wealth Management department. Key responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients’ general inquiries on account opening, trading platform, and other relevant matters, maintaining a professional and efficient approach.
2. Reviewing the daily operating procedures to comply with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements, thus, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of client services and related systems.
3. Assisting in daily business operations and activities regarding coordination, organization, and communication with other departments.
4. Coordinating the logistics of global marketing trips.
5. Preparing and processing complex expense reports, ensuring adherence to Firm policy. Following up with related departments and professionals regarding the processing status of the expense report and timely inform the professionals timely.
6. Making very complex travel arrangements effectively, including hotel accommodation, air tickets, and local transportation. Demonstrating forward-thinking solid ability.
7. Managing schedules, extensively arranges/coordinates/updates of complex meetings, and appointments, and prepares correspondences, reports, minutes, and presentation materials for the professionals.
8. Collecting information and assisting the manager to prepare the department activities.
9. Performing ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. 2-3 years of experience in client service with a Private Banking or Wealth Management company.
3. Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a disciplined and multitasking approach.
5. Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
6. Possession of relevant licenses.
