Responsibilities:
• To provide clerical/administrative support for the project
• Prepare and process of documents and project records
• Track and manage document revisions, ensuring that only the most current versions are in use.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondences, drawings and reports are organized and maintained according to Project Filing Code
• Preparation & submission of project documents
• Maintain the control number for documents from receiving to issuance
• Maintain filling and register in / out correspondences
• Assist in office management (Housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, stationers and staff welfare)
• Facilitate in organising site events if required
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration
• 1 to 3 years administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• IT skills - Microsoft Office Competency (Intermediate).
