Job Description
- Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
- Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
- Assist the Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products.
- Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.)
- Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Major in Finance/Economics/Commerce/Accountancy or any other relevant education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Fresh Graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
