Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.
- Lead in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
- Create and maintain staff records in the HR system. (updated and accurate)
- Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
- Record and monitor employee leave in line with company policies.
- Manage the application and renewal of work permits for foreign workers.
- Submit semi-annual medical examination results of foreign workers to the appropriate authorities.
- Handle renewal processes for work passes.
- Process insurance-related claims efficiently and accurately.
- Keep precise records of employee attendance to support payroll and operations.
Requirements
- Speaks fluent chinese
- Only accept Singapore Citizen or PR
- 3 years experience or above
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource Management.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
