Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities for products and services, managing internal customer relationships and requirements to ensure a smooth procurement processes.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to continuously improve product and service delivery quality, price competitiveness, and contract compliance.
- Responsible for procurement contract management, including drafting and reviewing contract terms, commercial negotiation, placing orders and evaluating supplier performance.
- Continuously promote process optimization and innovation to achieve process simplification, cost reduction and efficiency.
- Prepare procurement strategies for customer suppliers and promote implementation.
- Promote procurement cost reduction, efficiency improvement, compliance, risk prevention and ecological cooperation of customer suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant Procurement / Supply Chain Management experience for projects in Telecommunication industry; overseas working experience is preferred.
- Experience in cloud network products, ICT products, etc., and a background in customer service support will be added advantage.
- Good industry knowledge, analytical skills, negotiation skills and project management skills.
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese will be a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking and Cantonese-speaking vendors.
