Assist the F & B Manager in the daily typing, filing & other general administrative duties pertaining to the F&B department.

Primary Responsibility:

• Responsible in supervising the daily accounting and financial operations of the accounts team;
• Prepare monthly Club’s journals, accounts and all related management reporting timely;

What you will be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team and vendors in ensuring the highest standard of functioning, cleanliness, order and appearance of all swimming pools and landscaping;

• To carry out a daily routine inspection of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment/building structure/plumbing and sanitary items and report any defects, breakdowns, etc;
