· Support the Deputy Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or QS manager in overseeing and guiding a team of project QSs

· Assist in preparing cost budget, prepare cash flow for the project, track changes in design/construction work, and adjust budget projections accordingly

· Assist with an extension of time and cost claims

· Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers

· Communicate with the technical team to ensure that quotations comply with specifications and the method of construction

· Produce quantity measurement within the targeted timeline

· Prepare and call quotations, including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts for the project

· Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers

· Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.

· Assess and submit monthly progress claims, and recommend subcontractor’s monthly progress payment

· Finalise subcontract and main contract’s final account.

Requirements:

· Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

· To carry out design works for aluminum doors & windows, curtain walls, steel structural

· Able to do Data Tabulation using Excel and other software.

· Min. 5-10 years working experience in design related field.

· Diploma/Degree in Civil/Building/Mechanical/Architecture Engineering

· Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and BIM design tools- Revit (3D)

· Possess relevant designing experience in Façade & Cladding.

· Proficient in English & Chinese

· Energetic, mature, creative & innovative

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
