Develop, update and implement food safety management system (ISO 22000) to ensure products produced meet customer and regulatory requirements
Manage and facilitate internal and external audits
Assist to ensure all PRP requirements are met
Liaise with external laboratory on microbiological testing
Lead in prompt investigation and resolution of customer feedback or complaint
Develop and conduct appreciate training in all aspect of food quality and safety
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
