The Regional Sales BPA- CI Facilitator is responsible for standardization and ensuring adherence to global sales processes within the region. The Regional Sales BPA- CI Facilitator collaborates with the Global Sales BPAs and Continuous Improvement Program Manager to identify and execute on sales focused continuous improvement opportunities. Specifically, the Regional Sales BPA- CI Facilitator primary functions are the following:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize global processes to meet regional sales needs, enhancing efficiency through continuous improvement
- Support Regional Teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives related to global/regional sales processes
- Provide education and training to regional sales team on best practices in continuous improvement
Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position is to optimize global sales processes to meet regional needs, keeping continuous improvement in mind. As Regional Sales BPA- CI Facilitator, it includes:
- Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert, working with Portfolio Management to advance key project initiatives
- Facilitate training on global sales processes to regional team members
- Provide support and guidance to regionally focused CI facilitators to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify avenues for support within the regional sales teams to enable execution on submitted improvement ideas
- Monitor regional effectiveness of implemented global sales processes and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Promote a Continuous improvement mindset within the regional sales organization
Further responsibilities include:
- Problem / process issue resolution and improvement
- Track and proactively plans commitments, deadlines, and meeting materials
- Ability to direct questions and solve problems independently
- Interactions with high level managers within the organization including giving presentations on Continuous Improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BA/MA degree in Business or any other related field
- Typically, 8+ years relevant process management experience with strong focus on continuous improvement
- Creativity to design innovative and effective processes
- Experience supporting global sales programs and initiatives
- Global Sales process knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior PC application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SPARK)
- Flexibility to support extended hours due to global nature of org
- Willingness to learn and apply new tools
- Continuous Improvement Experience
- Interpersonal and team-effectiveness skills
- Ability to achieve results with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work remote
