Our client in Oil & Gas manufacturing sector is currently hiring a full-time Inventory Coordinator role. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance and ensuring Inventory accuracy in system at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance to Company Procedure.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies Supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all inventory transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.
- Run and initiate cycle count reports weekly basis.
- Provide variance explanation, if needed.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Job Requirements
- Min Secondary School/ NITEC in Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good Team Player & Independent Worker who can work under minimal supervision.
- Should possess 2-3+ years of general inventory experience.
- Basic Forklift License is an added advantage.
