Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle incoming calls / enquires
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- Perform data entry accurately and timely
- Maintain appropriate filing systems, ensure accurate records are input
- Assist Manager in co-ordinate with Clients / Suppliers and prepare Quotation
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- Candidates should have GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, Email.
- Well-organized, able to work under tight timeline
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage.
