No prior legal experience or legal knowledge is required.

1. Good if you have an outgoing personality and love to meet people.

2. Marketing & PR based role, able to convert leads into successes and effective in building business relationships.

3. Suitable if you enjoy attending events as well as creating events to build and strengthen business partnerships.

4. Leads will be provided with plenty of opportunities given by the firm to generate sales.

Company Chauffeur (full-time)

• Safe driving skills with good record
• In good health with good personal hygiene
• Able to maintain vehicle well
• Punctual and able to respond promptly to Whatsapp messages

• To run errands and perform ad-hoc tasks while on standby in the office
• Mon-Fri: 10am to 8pm with 1 hour lunch break

• Additional hours will be paid as OT

Job Description:

• Responsible for administering the full spectrum of finance & accounting functions and maintaining the full set of accounts;
• Work collaboratively within the Finance & Admin team to see to proper month-end closing and reporting;
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reporting of firm’s monthly results;
• Support audit requirements by preparing reconciliations and liaising with external auditors (to ensure full compliance);
• Manage bill postings and credit control activities in a timely fashion;
• Handle GST and other submissions;
• Monthly budget and cash flow reporting;
• Providing support in all administrative tasks;
• Conducting all necessary searches;
• Uploading of client & case details into File Management System;
• Opening, locating and archiving of files;
• Prepare reports and accounting of daily file count, monthly referral reports and monthly staff sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
• Advanced MS Office skills- proficient in MS Excel & Word a must;
• Knowledge of Tessaract Practice Management System is an advantage;
• Must have good interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Must have initiative and adaptable to changes;
• A proactive person with positive attitude;
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team;
