Requirements:

The candidate should have developer experience working in a Security Operations Center. He/she should have experience in web development with secure coding practices, and general knowledge of SOAR technologies. In addition to following experience:

Job Description:

The Business Command Center (BCC) supports the Citi Trade and Treasury Solutions (TTS) and Markets & Securities Services (Investor Services, Issuer Services and Direct Custody & Clearing) business organizations globally. The BCC provides centralized command and control functionality associated with incident and problem support, ensuring continuous improvement of the quality of our service offerings. The group is responsible for enhancing business, operational, and support processes by ensuring transparency, consistent severity and impact assessment, rapid resource engagement, appropriate escalation, and timely communication during outages. Global Business Command Center (BCC) responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cyber Event/Incident response in co-ordination with the InfoSec, Business and Technology partners.

• Support remediation of Level 0 GEM/Vulnerabilities across the ICG app/infra landscape.
• Support SWIFT Network Security Alert process
• Participate and support Regional/Global/EMT/PS organization level Table Top exercises
• Work with Regional Cyber BCC Leads from other geographic locations to build a strong partnership and year round focus on Cyber
• SWAT-BCC preparedness.

Major Incident Management:

• Facilitate the coordination, communication and escalation of incidents impacting the delivery of TTS and Securities Services to the client
• Serve as a liaison between the Business and Technology teams, promoting rapid escalation of incidents or market events, lending a business perspective to remediation options, and translating technical details into laymen’s terms.
• Monitor ServiceNow dashboard and incident metrics
• Use knowledge and experience, applicable to the incident, to determine the appropriate assessment of impact, severity, and ownership
• Use management and/or leadership skills to ensure the incident recovery team is properly organized, managed, and effectively communicating throughout the life of the incident
• Manage and drive incidents to successful completion and ensure overall Incident management goals and milestones are met
• Review all Incident Management Status and Metrics Reports for accuracy, consistency and timeliness
• Project management and readiness of initiatives related to TTS and Securities Services stability and safety & soundness
• Contribute to effort to develop broad quality analytics to be used by senior leaders in forming quality strategy globally.

Job Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven leadership Experience in Financial Services, especially Cash Management, Transactional Banking and Trade Operations is a must
• Incident/Crisis management experience including: Ownership, Classification and initial support, Escalation/Notification Business Impact Analysis, Resolution Tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions (may be required to communicate with external parties)

The Wealth Collections, Contact Center, Credit and Core Operations Control Testing Team is responsible for the testing of controls that are designed and owned by Citi’s Wealth Collections, Contact Center, Credit and Core Operations departments.

The Citi Wealth business delivers a comprehensive wealth solution to clients across the wealth continuum, with integrated advice and execution, as well as traditional and alternative investments, managed account strategies, world-class research and investment guidance. The Wealth business serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices through Citi Private Bank, operates in the affluent and high-net-worth customer relationship tiers of Citigold® and Citigold Private Client and offers wealth management in the workplace through Citi Global Wealth at Work.

This position reports to the Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Head within the Citi COO organization’s Central Controls Capabilities; and is a strategic- and execution-oriented leadership role accountable for end-to-end control testing for this position’s specified business/segment – i.e., operational controls performance assurance/testing – which includes design, results reporting, and insight sharing related to the above scope of controls testing.

The Wealth Collections, Contact Center, Credit and Core Operations Control Testing Team Leader leads and directs a team of approximately 6-8+ controls testing professionals responsible for supporting the above responsibilities, with breadth and depth on control testing planning and execution. The position closely follows latest trends in controls testing and adapts them for application within own job and covered businesses and functions, and often will be in touch with senior managers at Director or Managing Director levels.

Excellent management and communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for controls testing results and advice regarding the controls execution. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Responsible for supporting their manager in handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Supports the Controls Testing Utility by acting on assessing control design, designing control testing tools, developing control testing procedures, ensure control testing transitions, dispositioning exceptions, and developing insights.
• Carries key responsibility for Control Design Assessment (CDA) by resolving escalations, defining the work plan, and designing the quality review process.
• Performs decision-making of control testing design activity, which includes approving/signing-off, undertaking escalations, and owning Internal Audit and issue management related actions.
• Maintains resource forecast for own team.
• Approves testing procedures in Confluence and is responsible for delivering relevant procedures to Internal Audit reviews and issue remediation.
• Maintains resource forecast for successful controls testing transition and Central Execution training.
• Has the ultimate decision on controls testing outlier escalations.
• Handles control testing interactions with senior managers at Director or Managing Director levels.
• Represents control testing in Operational Risk Forums (ORF) and senior meetings as needed and works with each respective team to finalize materials.
• Develops and drives quality-checking routines to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, operating guides, and owned control testing.
• Supports team members on topics ranging from testing design and execution to performance management and control testing platforms basics.
• Helps driving continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and quality of MCA control design assessment and controls testing.
• Maintains relationships and drives accountability with partners and stakeholders to drive control testing's success in support of the business's strategy.
