In this role, you’re expected to:

• Primary contact for client operational queries for select client base, and management of client trade and settlement activity

• Provide support to Front Office Sales and Trading around trade execution and lifecycle management (primarily on equity hedge and swap & P-Note)

• Support trade capture management and client allocation, Front to Back reconciliation and identifying operational risk and connectivity issue resolution with our tech partners

• Product Knowledge: demonstrate high-level knowledge and understanding of the Cash Equity and Equity Swap product. A general knowledge of derivatives is highly desirable.

• Proactively identifies, evaluates, and contributes to the appropriate management of legal, regulatory, and reputational risk by collaborating with ICRM & Risk, following relevant legal developments, participating in internal projects, escalating as appropriate
• Manages day-to-day legal activities as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility and provide advisory services to business partners
• Monitors management of complex legal issues and transactions, escalating when necessary
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Additional Responsibilities

• Advising business on general banking and account handling matters
• Advising business on loan and security structure, drafting and reviewing loan and security documents on standard and tailored loan transactions, liaising with external counsels, handling lending transactions in general from structuring until drawdown.
• Advising business on breach and default of loans, rights of banks, demands, negotiations and litigation related matters of loan transactions.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services
• Banking or financial industry experience, including laws related to banking regulations
• Knowledge of international laws, regulations and practices while staying abreast of regulatory and legal environment, internal policies and industry trends that impact the business
• Experience with complex deals, demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop legal solutions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Cyber Threat Analyst will be part of the Global SOC Team. This center operates 24x7, follow-the-sun model to monitor, analyze and respond to cyber attacks and information/data breaches. SOC Analysts are the critical first line of defense, in charge of monitoring Citi’s environment globally through state-of-the-art security detections tools, responding to security events and escalating security incidents that have potential impact to Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze security events to identify potential threats and intrusions. Events include but not limited to Intrusion Detection/Prevention tools, anomaly detection systems, Firewalls, Antivirus and EDR systems, proxy devices, cloud security solution and data leakage prevention system.
• Assess and investigate potential security threats sourced from other channel leveraging variety of data and tools
• Drive a continuous effort to improve SOC process. Execute adhoc tasks or small projects as needed.
• Undertakes root cause analysis of events, perform risk assessment on threat or vulnerability and make recommendations to improve detection capability
• Drive a continuous effort to review and fine tune detection rule/use case/signature to reduce unnecessary noise and increase alert fidelity
• Handle threat incidents calls like DDOS incidents, adhoc high severity cases including collaboration and escalation to other support groups
• Participate in daily and adhoc conference calls, self-assessment processes and documentation related tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Cyber
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Understand the life cycle of network threats, web attacks, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation.
• Ability to conduct analysis utilizing network traffic(packet capture), web logs, endpoint logs and others to identify unusual behavior that may indicate malicious activity.
• Proven and strong analytical skills
• Attentive to detail and possess a strong investigative mindset
• A good team player, self driven and able to act as individual contributor
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Relevant cyber security certification is a bonus

The successful incumbent will be working closely with the Company Secretary and expected to handle the following key responsibilities to provide high quality, professional company secretarial support for all the Singapore entities as well as supporting the Asia South Corporate Governance outsourcing related function.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a number of boards and board committees, including liaison with various stakeholders, preparation of agendas, creation and collation of board packs, taking minutes following up on action points and providing governance advice.
• Scheduling the board and board committee calendars, seeking and monitoring director availability for additional meetings as and when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of corporate governance activities and processes, including updating and maintaining the statutory registers and databases for all the Singapore legal entities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements including necessary filings with the regulators.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and appropriateness of the corporate governance framework of each legal entity.
