Serves as a function/business/product compliance risk senior analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for assisting with internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. In addition, engages with the ICRM Product and Function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet the function/business/product and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework. The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for

providing operations support services for trades reconciliation/settlement and share transfer related process. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities transactions.


Responsibilities:

• Provide back office functions support such as Trade Settlement, Shares Transfer / Scrip Conversion, and Equity Linked Notes settlement.
• Perform internal Bank Accounts reconciliation.
• Perform investigation for daily and monthly positions holdings reconciliation.
• Perform daily check for trade settlement related reports.
• Timely handling of transactions, meeting and exceeding the Service expectation with internal and external clients.
• Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to resolve complex problems.
