We are seeking a committed individual to join our team as Inside Sales Coordinator to provide necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by qualifying leads, keeping schedules, preparation of quotations, providing feedback, documentation and information.

• Permanent Position : Inside Sales Position
• Salary : Attractive Remuneration + AWS + VB + Permanent benefits
• Location : North (Woodlands)
• Working Hours : 9-6 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements
• Generate sales related documents for internal and external use.
• Assist sales team in daily operations and administrative functions
• Follow up quotes and track orders to ensure timely payment and delivery.
• Work with the Sales team to execute the business plan and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and update sales-related resources and marketing collateral.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material for events.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales support/coordinator experience
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
• Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
• A Team Player with high level of dedication
• Diploma in any field
• Experience dealing with Industrial, Government, Contractors, O&G Refining/Petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications
