- Assist to implement and executes e-commerce strategies.
- Explore and implement loyalty program online.
- Assist to answer to customer queries and ensure a pleasant and strong customer service experience online.
- Lias with logistic partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee all logistical claims
- Assist in other areas of e-commerce and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of image editing software is greatly appreciate
- A keen eye for UXUI
- Basic understanding of online and offline marketing concepts
- Assist in overlooking retail operations and lias with vendors and partners
- Ensure smooth retail operation and performing training where necessary
