Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare gas production figures and charts for analysis and archive.
• Keep track of utilities consumption in Senoko Gasworks.
• Responsible for the proper and efficient operation of gas making plants and its ancillaries.
• Attend to faults and breakdowns on gas making plants and their ancillaries.
• Attend to matters relating to production, quality control, storage and distribution of town gas from the gasworks.
• Initiate and liaise with maintenance supervisor or contractors to conduct repair or servicing work for the plants and ancillaries.
• Ensure there is proper observance of all safety regulations and that all works done by personnel under his charge comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, the Company’s safety and operation manuals and other relevant local regulations.

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical / Chemical/ Electrical Engineering .
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an oil & gas industry or in a petrochemical plant environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.

Work schedule: 3-shift cycle

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the demineralized and wastewater treatment plants.
• Perform quality analysis of water, gas and other laboratory investigation to gas making plants and ancillaries.
• Monitor odorant level of manufactured gas and handle the storage and topping-up of odorant.
• Maintain chemical inventories.
• Maintain and update all documents required for lab and demineralized plant operations and submission to Authorities.
• Conduct gas making plants performance check to verify the plants efficiency yearly.
• Administer the required contracts for lab and demineralized plat operations.
• Ensure that staff are aware of hazards associated with their work and apply appropriate risk control.
• Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences promptly to the Head of Supply Branch.
• Assist the safety personnel to investigate serious accidents and dangerous occurrences.

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma/Nitec in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemical Process Technology.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in an oil & gas industry or in a petrochemical plant environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strictly required to work office hours/on shift/ standby duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out regular inspection, annual overhaul, servicing and maintenance of equipment and plant ancillaries.
• To monitor essential spares and inform supervisor if replenishment is required.
• Troubleshoot of simple plant equipment faults with supervisor’s guidance.
• To ensure and maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative, maintenance and service works.
• To ensure safety in all maintenance and service works carried out by contractors.
• Responsible for the proper and efficient operation of gas making plants and its ancillaries.
• Attend to matters relating to production, quality control, storage and distribution of Town Gas from the Gas Works.
• To perform standby duties after office hours.

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma?Nitec in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
