Job Description:

· Responsible of site coordination and supervising to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

· Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matters.

· Attend site walk, meeting, site inspection when required.

· Good understanding of local code requirements

Job Requirements:

· At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E or construction industry.

· Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.

· Knowledge with equipment installation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.

· Willing to travel & based at the project site.

· Have knowledge in AutoCAD/BIM & Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

· Preparation of project documentations e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, check list, etc

· To carry out technical support functions in electrical engineering work on site.

· Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Responsiblilies:

• Perform Shop Drawings & As built Drawing using Auto CAD & Revit.
• Preparation, checking and submission of drawings & Catalogue.
• Taking off quantities for electrical Services.
• Liaise with Client, Contractor, Consultant and project team members in the planning of the projects

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree / ITE / BCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experience in Electrical Services.
• Familiar with Auto CAD, Revit, M&E Services
