About the role:
We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Project Executives to begin their professional journey in Singapore with Civica. We are looking for a bunch of talented graduates who can join us and start working on the MS office suit to do data updating and manipulation.
Our Project executives are required to support in compiling Collection Profiling Reports for MOE schools as a project deliverable. This role will provide key input and organisation of both daily operations and new initiatives within the team, and across the group.
This position is temporary and will take place from January 2, 2025, to January 31, 2025, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
What you will do to be successful in this role:
A Project Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly organised, driven and proactive in approach
- Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy is a must
