Globally recognized luxury Watch & Jewelry retailer is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join its team as a Store Design & Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate store design and planning projects across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with landlords, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee construction to maintain quality standards, timelines, and budgets, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Provide expertise in design, architecture, and engineering specifications for retail environments.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and architectural software.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail store interior design projects, ideally in fashion, watch & jewelry, or FMCG sectors.
- In-house experience with retail brands is essential.
- Strong planning, management, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
