Our client, a leading Technology and Telecommunication Organisation operating overseas, is seeking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the organization’s commercial strategy and drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share across B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead the sales team, ensuring they meet sales quotas and financial goals while focusing on customer acquisition and key account management.
- Design innovative pricing models and identify new revenue streams, including upselling, cross-selling, and bundling services like mobile, broadband, IoT, and 5G.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine go-to-market strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Create and execute customer acquisition strategies, while also implementing retention programs to reduce churn and boost customer lifetime value.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing support to ensure success.
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns that drive lead generation, brand positioning, and sales conversions.
- Develop strategic partnerships, explore new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and accurate forecasting, while regularly reporting on performance and growth to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of telecom sales channels, customer segmentation, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and sales optimization.
