Well established retailer seek dynamic and driven individual to join the team as Finance Executive!
Managing the day-to-day financial activities. You will be responsible for overseeing account receivables, account payables, cash management, and various financial transactions. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team.
Job Description
- Manage full sets of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Review reconciliation of vendors’ statement of accounts
- Review monthly journal entries as needed
- Review monthly audit schedules
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting including operational controls and reconciliation activities by providing offshore partner with relevant policies, procedures and rules
- Review and improve internal processes where necessary
- Special projects as required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
- Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis
- Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organizational needs
- Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
- Professional competency in spoken and written Business level Korean language / English is required to communicate and provide translation with HQ team in Headquarter (Korea) daily.
