Job Scope:
- Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatments according to company standards.
- Perform mist and line eyebrow embroidery with design
- Can perform manual and machine operations
- Assist in scheduling appointments and provide high-quality customer service.
- Ensure accurate reporting of clients' skin conditions post-treatment and their feedback on products or services.
- Build strong customer relationships, promote communication to ensure customer satisfaction and referral rates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and comfort after each treatment session.
- Evaluate, educate, and recommend daily skincare regimens to clients.
Requirement:
- Candidates with CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC and other beauty certifications are welcome to apply
- Bilingual with a good command of English is a plus
- A positive attitude and a high level of initiative
- Demonstrates customer-centric values
- Excellent client service skills and a good team player
- Customer oriented, sales and service oriented
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
