Roles & Responsibilities.
We are seeking a highly skilled "Client Project Implementation Manager" to oversee the organization's client base and develop a Job portal for Foreign Manpower placements and initiatives within the organization and to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- You will establish yourself as an advisor and ensure the implementation of access and connectivity to the clients with the organization’s internal job portals.
- You will work as a Subject matter expert to represent the organization and acquire new clients from internal or external sources.
- You will coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (client, product, closure, etc) for prospective clients.
- You will execute new business ideas that support our client's strategy and targets and align with our internal job portal teams to provide the most relevant list of candidates online.
- You will leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets/client segments.
- You will develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- CEI (Basic) Certification is a MUST.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Software development and implementation (like web portals) is preferred.
- Able to travel frequently to overseas like Malaysia, Bangladesh, and India.
- Proven experience is required as a Project Implementation Manager in handling the development of job portals.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
