- Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
- Determining the best methods for cleaning various types of surfaces such as walls or floors
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met
- Proven experience as cleaning supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
