Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Customer Servicing Intern to support the daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn about operational logistics and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Servicing:
- Respond to and manage customer queries and orders via WhatsApp Business in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
2. Operational Management:
- Plan, track, manage, and coordinate daily delivery routes and the movement of orders across locations to ensure prompt delivery.
- Record daily customer orders and oversee the end-to-end process, including payment collection and order scheduling
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to meet daily operational and logistical needs.
3. Strategy and Reporting:
- Prepare necessary data and financial reports (e.g., End-of-Month tracking reports) to support business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer servicing channels and improve efficiency over time.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
