Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of sales order process, primarily for local optical shops and online business.
- Track local orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.
- Generate and receive necessary documents for sales orders from local optical shops and online customers, such as sales invoices and packing lists (if needed).
- File all required documents for local sales order .
- Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of local orders.
- Enter local orders into the ERP system and arrange prompt delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the warehouse and production planner to ensure the availability of goods for local orders and accurate stock replenishment for optical shops.
- Generate weekly / monthly sales reports for sales and promotion monitoring as required by the management.
- Work closely with the finance department to verify payments for local optical shop and online sales, and follow up on overdue payments from local customers with credit terms to avoid aging debtors.
- Serve as a backup for export shipments by performing simple tasks when the customer service colleague is out of the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge required for export / import trade regulations; preparation of shipping documents.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong documentation preparation knowledge and skills.
- Proficient in MS office software application.
- Highly customer-focused.
- Results-oriented.
- Able to multi task.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
