About the Role
ClearSK is seeking a Graphic & Media Designer with a passion for innovation and an aptitude for creating visually striking and functional designs. Job Responsibilities
- Innovative Online Ads Graphic Design: Experience in devising ads graphics and templates in a digital ads or web context. Be able to understand the marketing brief and align her creative work to achieve the marketing purpose.
- Communication Graphics Design: Design and produce internal product labels, notices, brochures, banners and product presentation.
- UI/UX Design for Web and Mobile: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimizing user engagement and experience.
- Web and Media Content Creation: Produce dynamic webpages, landing pages, and digital media content that are both visually appealing and strategically designed.
- Videography and Multimedia Production: Design engaging video content and multimedia presentations to highlight our services and treatments, contributing to our educational and promotional strategies.
- Brand Visual Identity: Enhance and maintain our brand's visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values.
- Collaborative Campaigns Execution: Work closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to integrate design elements seamlessly across platforms and campaigns, enhancing the overall brand experience.
- Leverage Technology and Innovation: Utilize the latest design software, technologies, and methodologies to stay at the forefront of digital design trends and innovations.
- Career Development and Upskilling: Gain exposure to campaign management, including strategy development, campaign analytics, and stakeholder coordination, as part of your training to transition into a managerial role.
Ideal Candidate
- Possess Diploma/Degree qualification from reputable institutions with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic and media design, with a portfolio showcasing digital content creation and visual storytelling.
- Preferably with good copy writing ability and basic photography or video editing, which the candidate is also able to align to the marketing purpose.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a good understanding of web development technologies.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of design trends and technologies.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model, effectively balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

- An attractive Salary Package with fixed pay RM9,000/S$6,000 per month for candidates who fully meet our requirements.
