Position Overview
As a communications coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance our company's visibility and reputation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with our organizational goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical documentation related to Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) processes, contributing to our commitment to transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Related to Communications Coordinator:
- Develop communication content to promote our company's initiatives, projects, and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all communication channels.
- Support other communication-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Ensure alignment of all external project communications, including project registry submissions and marketing publications.
Related to MRV Technical Writer:
- Lead coordination on the development of the PDD. This includes creating timelines, identifying content needs from ClearWind technical departments, and setting clear expectations for engaged stakeholders on their participation in the development process.
- Heavily support on the writing of the VCS-CCB PDD, SD VISta PDD, PDD and MR summaries, and other reporting documents required for validation/verification submission.
- Engage with the project team to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is being communicated in the PDDs and other reporting documents.
- Support on the coordination of evidence needs required for the validation/verification submissions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in MRV to ensure compliance and enhance our reporting capabilities.
- Support the development of the long-term, standardized MRV system.
- Support ad hoc tasks required in the MRV department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably in the Sustainability sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with MRV concepts and technical writing techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Work Condition & Team
The chosen candidate will mainly work at our modern office in the central area of Singapore. They will also be required to travel regularly to project sites within the region. The candidate will be part of the dynamic and diverse team dedicated to making a meaningful, significant impact against climate change.
