About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide vital administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles who is eager to grow in the field, preferably with exposure to the tech industry.
What You'll Do:
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and digital filing systems.
- Support staff movement updates for group medical insurance enrollment and cessation.
- Assist in business visa applications, work pass renewals, and applications.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including onboarding kits and offboarding formalities.
Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements on platforms like MyCareersFuture and manage applications.
- Support shortlisting processes and schedule interviews or calls.
Compliance
- Ensure HR administrative processes comply with local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and conducting audits related to HR functions as required.
Employee Engagement
- Help organise employee engagement activities and events to foster a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
General Administration
- Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR or administrative roles (experience in the tech industry is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Forms).
- Basic understanding of Singapore labor laws and fair employment practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits a positive working attitude and proactive mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Pre-requisites:
a) Only Singaporeans.
b) Open and comfortable to work on-site regularly.
c) This is a 1-year contract position, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
