• Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector.

• Lead the strategic design of partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders within the Centre.
• Represent the Centre to build business relationships.
• Design Centre initiatives, families and community programmes and initiatives.
• Drive professional development, training, workshops, educational initiatives and service quality improvement of professionals.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Headquarters.

Job Requirements:

• Competent with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Advanced communication skills to synthesise information and inputs to communicate an overarching storyline to multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Meticulous mindset and follows through with processes and tasks
• Strong multi-tasking skill
• 1-2 years of leadership and operational experience
• L2 certified with ECDA
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (“ADECL”) or equivalent
