Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Budget Management (Budget formulation, execution, assessment & analysis)
- Develop and execute annual budgets,coordinate with department heads to ensure budget feasibility, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Ensuring income accuracy and budget control.
- Manage parts of sales operations and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct budget performance assessments and analysis.
2. Project Budget Management
- Formulate and execute project-specific budgets.
- Evaluate and analyze project budget performance.
3. Project Cost Management
- Manage and ensure cost-efficiency and quality in procurement practices with external vendors.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for custom software/system development, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
- Manhour tracking to ensure labour cost accuracy
4. Management Accounting
- Prepare detailed financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Provide insights into financial performance, including profitability, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
5. Financial and Tax Arrangements
- Prepare and submit tax returns according to local regulations.
- Evaluate the need for an agent company for tax purposes and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Address audit queries and implement audit recommendations to improve financial controls.
6. Basic Accounting Functions
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition by verifying and recording incoming payments.
- Review and approve payment transactions.
- Create financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement and Expense Review.
7. Expense Reimbursement
- Expense Reimbursement Process Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Verify supporting documentation and approve reimbursements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of international financial management experience, related industry background is preferred
- Familiar with international financial standards and local financial regulations
- Excellent financial analysis, budget planning and risk management skills
- Proficient in financial software and office software
- Strong team spirit and problem solving ability
