Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the product/service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support.
- Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Requirements:
- With 5+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within mid-market and enterprise) mainly focus on Telecom, FSI sector in IT industry/ Government/ Manufacture/ Retail/ Transportation.
- Previous vendor or system integrator experience both welcome
- Sales experience in software industry; ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, Saas, BI, ITOPs, CRM/ERP sales experience is preferred
- ITIL certificate is plus point
