Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with security, regulatory, and best practice standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
- More than 7 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
- Experienced in ITSM solutions.
- Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
- Posseses professional skill in Presentation, POC, Hands-on bidding.
- Having experience in AIOps, business observability, cloud computing, big data, or data analysis is an advantage.
