Casa Mia Coliving is a coliving company in Singapore. We are looking for one enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide technical expertise to support our members in all their technical needs related to their accommodation needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance services to all our homes
- Attend to members’ complaints and requests in regards to facilities issues
- Conduct a periodic site inspection of the homes
- Supervise all vendors in their technical works, like electrical, plumbing and mechanical jobs or improvement works.
- Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the rest of the team.
- Perform regular maintenance of the air conditioning units in all our homes(if applicable)
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in general maintenance and handyman works, electrical works, plumbing works, carpentry works, and aircon servicing.
- Customer service oriented, problem solver, proactive.
- Must be able to read technical manuals and drawings
- Class 3 driving license is required.
- Air conditioning repair certification is a plus.
