Management Trainee
As a Management Trainee, you will complete a two-year program designed to give you broad experience in both the Teaching and Operations departments, starting with classroom teaching and moving into operations management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Teaching Department:
· Classroom Teaching: Train in abacus methodologies, assist with lessons, and gradually take on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning and student feedback.
· Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and updating of teaching materials.
· Parent-Teacher Communication: Assist in parent-teacher meetings and workshops, learning effective communication strategies.
2. Operations Department:
· Centre Operations: Manage enquiries/feedback, student enrollment, class schedules, and administrative tasks.
· Marketing & Promotions: Support marketing strategies, event planning, and promotional campaigns.
· People Management: Learn staff management basics, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in education or business.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for education and willingness to learn.
