Position Summary
An Executive Chauffeur provides tailored transportation services for the senior management team. This role goes beyond driving, ensuring the senior management’s safety, comfort, and convenience through meticulous route planning, vehicle upkeep, confidentiality, and professional support.
Essential requirement: Candidate must have experience driving and demonstrate familiarity with Electric Vehicles (EVs).
Key Responsibilities
- Driving: Transport senior management team to meetings, events, or appointments, choosing the best routes, avoiding jams and arrived punctually for every engagement.
- (EV) Vehicle Care: Keep the car clean, charged, and in good working condition.
- Security and Safety: Implement measures to ensure senior management team’s safety through meticulous route planning, situational awareness, and strict compliance to security protocols.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect confidentiality regarding senior management team’s schedule, meetings, and personal matters.
- Assistance: Provide additional assistance as required, including running errands, picking up documents or packages, and supporting the senior management team in any other capacity related to transportation and pick-ups.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols. Maintain a clean driving record and up-to-date driving licenses.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the senior management team, executive assistant and other relevant staff to coordinate schedules and address any transportation needs.
- Punctuality: Coordinate with the senior management team / executive assistant on schedule to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of ‘N’ level or equivalent. Certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience as a private driver or personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Should assume the role of company driver within the last 5 years.
- Had driven and is familiarity with electric vehicles, with at least 1 year of experience in driving EV vehicle.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving license with a clean record (0 demerit points in the past 5 years).
- Excellent driving abilities with a proven safety record.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.
